Any export can be copied and edited, with the ability to modify field selection and even add custom fields. Comprehensive data fields such as FTE, IEP, LEP, Title I, etc., make your BrightWays system the only centralized student information system needed for your program. Special access to the Exports can be granted to any staff member in the system, as needed.
Computers & Other Equipment
BrightWays provides a way to track computers and other equipment, including specific serial numbers, type of purchase agreement, etc. Plus, equipment data can be pulled into exports for analysis. Families and teachers can view the equipment list also, which helps properly and accurately maintain inventory and ownership responsibility.
System Configuration
BrightWays provides a dashboard for your program's System Administrators, which may be your program or district's IT staff, for example. The dashboard allows you to customize and update many configurations, such as users, approved courses and curriculum, school years and terms, custom data fields, holidays, state reporting fields, etc.
